Rainbow
/ flavor packs.
This option makes different flavored product in
a single pack. Juices, fruit cups, ice cream and
other products may be offered as variety packs.
This system is capable of receiving automatic delivery
of various individual size, shape, and flavored
products. It divides them according to the chosen
configuration and collates them into a single retail
multi-pack. |

Pad
option. Botton support, in between
layers or top pad automatic placement options
are available. Pads can be used to prevent product
lids from chiming. No glue is needed; eliminating
hot-melt dispensers and messy glue. |

Cup inverters.
This tapered product option inverts any combination
of products and collates them into smaller, tighter
collations for multi-packing. |

Label orientation.
This system automatically rotates all of the product
labels in a multi-pack. Polypack rotates the products
to maximize shelf appeal or to position UPC codes.

on the infeed of a new shrink-wrapper. |

Carry handles.
This patented system assembles and automatically
applies a carry handle to your products. The industrial
strength tape is ideal for adhesive handles for
heavy plastic or cardboard packages. Handle systems
can hold packages up to 50 lbs. They are easily
adjusted to accommodate a wide range of pack shapes
